Nano-fiber Nucleator HX-TW03

Introduction

HX-TW03 is developed with the nano-fiber,this product is a kind of high added value and

high performance nano Nucleating agent which can improve the crystalline and nuclear

property of PET, PA.It could appears significant high-performance in crystalline and nuclear

function when adding it into polymer melt, since the symmetrical and micromesh nano-fibrous

crystal structure will be formed. The specific nano-fibrous structure endues the Nucleator

with dual functions of nucleating crystallization and fiber enhancement.

The mechanical property, thermal property and handling property of materials could be greatly

improved due to the melioration of crystallization combination performance. The unique

characteristics of JC-C503 that are different from other nucleating agents in the market

currently are nano-scale, fibriform and the high-purity.HX-TW03 is applicable to polyester

materials (PET, PBT) and PA.

Properties and Applications

1. With the nano rodlike crystal nucleus which has high degree of crystallinity and uniform

size distribution, the mechanical property and thermal property has been improved

substantially.

2. This nucleating agent could significantly improve the stabilization, and the outstanding

dimensional stability also can improve the stability performance of products, since this

nucleating agent has special structure as the high polymer could permeate into nucleator

micropore.

3. The molding cycle can be substantially shortened, and the productivity can be improved at

the same time with the great mold unloading property.

4. This agent can deduct the effect of shrinkage and protect the products from dehiscing, it

can upgrade and ameliorate surface glossiness of products as well.

5. Passed certificates at level of foodstuff and pharmaceutical, and it meets the relatively high

environmental requirements.

6. The excellent and efficient surface preparation makes the nano material disperse into

products symmetrically. This has solved the problem that the nano material cannot disperse

symmetrically and it is easy to agglomerate.

The high performance is not only exist in non-reinforced materials, but also effective in

reinforced materials, especially for fibre-glass reinforced polyester.

In order to assure the homogeneous distribution, the nano nucleating agent also offers

masterbatch which has 10% active principle and its carrier is polyester. It can blend directly

with resin, and it is appropriate for the method of injection molding, blow molding and

extrusion, which would directly improve the combination property of sheet, tubing and wire

drawing, etc.

The best addition volume of nano nucleating agent is approximately 0.3%~0.5%, customers

could adjust the volume in the range moderately based on the performance requirement of

products, and the greatest method of addition is blending materials with double screw

extruder.
