Nucleator HX-A3

Nucleator HX-A3 is an effective nucleating additive developed for polyolefin resins. It speeds up crystallization, refines crystal structure and raises surface gloss of plastic products. The additive disperses evenly within resin melt in injection molding and extrusion processes, shortening production cycles. It can be used for modified polypropylene pellets, packaging plastics and household plastic articles. It shows favorable compatibility with polyolefin materials and supports consistent dimensional stability of finished plastic items during mass manufacturing.

Nucleator HX-A3

1.Introduction

HX-A3 is organometallic salt base high performance Nucleator. With its outstanding thermal stability, chemical inertness and dispersion, it is widely used in polyolefin product, especially for polypropylene product. By increasing the crystallization temperature and crystallization velocity, HX-A3 improves mechanical, optical and thermal performance of polyolefin product.

HX-A3 is approved by FDA with FCN No. 988. It is suitable for food packaging material and high-end PP product.

3.Applications：

HX-A3 is used in Polyolefin, especially in polypropylene. It obviously improves the transparency, gloss, rigidity, flexural modulus, tensile strength and HDT of PP product. It also improves dimension stability of final product.

4.Usages:

Mix HX-A3 and resin, process into product through extrusion or injection molding. In order to improve the dispersion, it is recommended to make HX-A3 into master batch or NDO.

Recommended dosage is 0.05~0.15%.

5.Packaging and Storage:

Packed in PE bag, 10kg net each.

Store in cool, dry and ventilated place. Avoid direct exposure to the sun as well as heat source and humidity.
