Main Characteristics:

1. Low viscosity, good lubricity. For extrusion processing, it has good external lubricity, prolongs plasticizing time and thermal stability time, and reduces plasticizing distortion.

2. Improve the surface defect of the products, eliminate the melt cracking during plastic processing, and form a uniform lubrication layer on the surface of the products, which greatly improves the luminosity of the products.

3. Used in color masterbatch, filling masterbatch and other products, it can effectively infiltrate inorganic powder, eliminate the secondary agglomeration of fillers and pigments, and increase the dispersion of inorganic powder in carrier resin.

4. has relatively narrow molecular weight distribution, high melting point and high hardness.

Application Range:1. It is widely used as lubricants and dispersants for plastics processing such as PE, PP, PVC, ABS, PA, PET, etc.2. It is used in the processing of color masterbatch, filling masterbatch, degrading masterbatch and anti-aging masterbatch to effectively promote the dispersion of powder in carrier resin.3. For PVC cable material, PVC pipe, profile, EVA hot melt adhesive, TPE thermoplastic elastomer, EPDM rubber and other processing aids, road marking paint.Technical Data:

Packing:

Every 25 kg are packed in one kraft paper bag with PE liner.

To be stored under condition of shade, cool and dry with temperature of ≤35℃.
