Agent. HX-101 is an adsorptive reactive deodorizer. It is mainly composed of inorganic mineral adsorbents for volatile organic compounds (VOC), such as toluene, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, aromatic hydrocarbons, amines, etc.Harmful gases such as organic sulfides and chlorides have strong adsorption, non-toxic, non-corrosive, good thermal stability, good rheological and thixotropic properties.It has good dispersibility and heat conductivity.The new modified odor adsorbent has large specific surface area and strong adsorption capacity. The ions between mineral layers can react with aldehydes, ketones, amines, organic sulfides and sulfides.Organic chloride produces strong chemisorption, so secondary volatilization due to temperature rise will not occur in raw material processing and production. It is especially suitable for PP and PP.PE, PVC, PA, PS and other resins. It has obvious application effect, simple operation, uniform dispersion in resin and good thermal stability. Application Suggestions: Coatings & Adhesives: 0.8% - 1.8%

Rubber & Elastomer & Polyurethane: 0.8% - 2.0%

Plastic PP PE PA PS ABS EVA POM: 1.0 - 2.0%

Plastic PVC: 0.8 - 2.0% (Addition of Recycled Material: 2.0% + (Addition of Recycled Material according to Recycled Material Proportion)          

5. Method of application:

Mix the deodorant with the raw material as well as possible. The better the mixture, the better the effect of the deodorant and the granule.It is suggested that after granulation, it should be placed for 24 hours before baking and comparing to detect odor and VOC

6. Packing and Storage:

Every 25kg are packed in one kraft paper bag with PE liner, and single PE bag inside.
