3.Product Description

This product is an adsorptive reactive deodorant. By adsorbing target gases through micro-holes in the main structure, together with excellent lubrication system, dispersing system, efficient organic matter and unique balance formula, it is completely dispersed in plastics to achieve long-term restraint, decomposition, deodorization and freshness during processing and after the final product is manufactured. Unlike other flavoring agents containing flavors, our HX-517 is completely tasteless and protects the health of operators. In the highly demanding engineering plastic parts, such as automotive interior decorations and high end leather, we recommend that it be applied without affecting the mechanical strength, tensile strength and long lasting aging resistance of engineering plastics.

4.Method of Use:

When in use, the user mixes the deodorant with the raw material as evenly as possible according to his own production conditions. The better the mixture, the better the deodorant effect. Generally speaking, the higher the temperature, the more obvious the deodorization effect.

It is suggested that after granulation, it should be placed for 24 hours before baking and comparing to detect odor and VOC.

5.Dosage:

Scope of Application: Coating Adhesive, Rubber Elastomer Plastics(PP PE PA PS ABS EVA POM etc.)

Suggestions for Application: Coatings & Adhesives: 1.0-1.8%

Rubber-Elastomer: 0.8-2.0%

Plastic PP PE PA PS puff ABS EVA POM etc: 1.0-2.0%

Plastic PVC: 0.8-2.0% (increase the amount of plasticizer when the proportion of plasticizer is large)

Recycled Material: 1.0%+ (Increase the Addition in proportion to Recycled Material)

6.Packaging and storage:

HX-517 is powder form and 25KG are packed in one carton with aluminum packaging inside. It should be stored in a clean, ventilated, dry place with storage period of 24 months.
