Odor Remover HX-165

1.Performance and features:

HX-165 is a new formula system developed by our company, which has a light taste of bamboo powder. Compared with other methods of deodorant, the difference of using it is that it can completely eliminate the odor of paint and PP, PE, PVC, ABS, PS plastic, rubber , rather than using other scents to cover by absorb and reaction. Means it has strong adsorption of CO2, SO2, nitrogen oxide exhaust gas (NOX), ammonia (NH3) pesticide bottles, cosmetic bottles, beverage bottles, chemical additives, residues scents, but the original smell of plastic, rubber, paint, ink, paint will not change. HX-165 belongs food contact product with non-toxic and non-stimulation which has passed SGS Certification.

3.Method of Use:

The user mixes the deodorant with the raw material as evenly as possible according to his own production conditions. The better the mixture, the better the deodorant effect.

Generally speaking, the higher the temperature, the more obvious the deodorization effect.(The temperature range is within 300 degrees).

For Masterbatch/Compound/Resin customers ,suggestion is that after the granulation, then bake in the oven at 80 degrees for 2-hours, and then comparing the result.  

For End-users add the additives to produce products directly,it should place 24-hour , And then comparing the odor and VOC.

(All the above can be used as a reference. The specific operation can be formulated according to the customer's own processing technology.)

4.Dosage:

Applications: Polymer materials such as plastic PP PE PA PVC ABS etc..

Application Suggestion: Plastic PP PE PA PVC ABS : 0.1%-0.5%

Recycled material: 0.3%+ (increase the amount of reclaimed material according to the proportion of reclaimed material)

5.Packaging and storage:

HX-165 is powder form and 25KG are packed in one carton with aluminum packaging inside. It should be stored in a clean, ventilated, dry place with storage period of 12 months.
