Odor Remover HX-567

1.Performance and features:

HX-567 is a kind of with the absorption and reaction in the body deodorant and also has a good dispersion. Compared with other methods of deodorant, the difference of using it is that it can completely eliminate the odor of paint and PP, PE, PVC, ABS, PS plastic, rubber , rather than using other scents to cover. It has strong adsorption of CO2, SO2, nitrogen oxide exhaust gas (NOX), ammonia (NH3) pesticide bottles, cosmetic bottles, beverage bottles, chemical additives, residues scents, but the original smell of plastic, rubber, paint, ink, paint will not change.HX-567 has no smell with non-toxic and non-stimulation which has passed SGS Certification.

3.Method of Use:

When in use, the user mixes the deodorant with the raw material as evenly as possible according to his own production conditions. The better the mixture, the better the deodorant effect. Generally speaking, the higher the temperature, the more obvious the deodorization effect.

It is suggested that after granulation, it should be placed for 24 hours before baking and comparing to detect odor and VOC.

4.Dosage:

Applications: Polymer materials such as plastic PP PE PA PVC ABS POM elastomer

Application Suggestion: Plastic PP PE PA PVC ABS POM: 0.1%-0.5%

Recycled material: 0.3%+ (increase the amount of reclaimed material according to the proportion of reclaimed material)

5.Packaging and storage:

HX-567 is powder form and 25KG are packed in one carton with aluminum packaging inside. It should be stored in a clean, ventilated, dry place with storage period of 12 months.
